2. Reservations
Payment is via bank transfer or cash on arrival. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive payment instructions by email about how to transfer a deposit or the full amount in order to guarantee the reservation. Until a payment of at least a deposit is received, the reservation will not be locked for you, however, it will be held in your name in case no other customer pre-pays for accommodation and dates interfering with yours, whereby you would be notified in advance of such a situation. Deposit or pre-payment is refundable up to 14 days before the date of arrival. After that date it is no longer refundable, except for extraordinary circumstances, such as COVID restrictions etc.

Accommodation and departure of the residence
Accommodation-from 15:00
Check-out – no later than 11:00. For a delay of up to 2 hours, a fee of 40 euros will be charged, up to 4 hours – 80 euro, after which any delay is billed as an additional night (in case the residence is free)
Our guests are expected to have an accurate and attentive attitude to the residence’s furniture, walls and equipment, to maintain order and cleanliness and to leave the residence in the same state as it was upon check-in. All tools and products are provided for this purpose.
However, a deposit of 20% of the total amount paid for the duration of the stay will be required upon check-in, in order to cover any damages incurred unintentionally during your stay. This deposit is refundable upon check-out

Instructions for the pool
The filtering and lighting of the pool is controlled automatically. Maintenance – filters, detergents, cleaning, etc. is carried out by an authorized specialist. The Jacuzzi is operated by a button on the wall of the villa and should be immediately switched off after use. Use of the pool should be cautious and it is entirely under the responsibility of the guests
Smoking
The established smoking areas are the yard and the terrace. Smoking inside the residence’s enclosed spaces is strictly prohibited. If traces of smoking are detected, the security deposit shall be forfeited in full and shall not be refunded
Waste
Waste is disposed in the garbage bin, which is located in the direction of the beach, on the right side of the main road which follows the beach line

Accommodation and departure of the residence

Check-out – no later than 11:00. For a delay of up to 2 hours, a fee of 40 euros will be charged, up to 4 hours – 80 euro, after which any delay is billed as an additional night (in case the residence is free)
Our guests are expected to have an accurate and attentive attitude to the residence’s furniture, walls and equipment, to maintain order and cleanliness and to leave the residence in the same state as it was upon check-in. All tools and products are provided for this purpose.
However, a deposit of 20% of the total amount paid for the duration of the stay will be required upon check-in, in order to cover any damages incurred unintentionally during your stay. This deposit is refundable upon check-out

The filtering and lighting of the pool is controlled automatically. Maintenance – filters, detergents, cleaning, etc. is carried out by an authorized specialist. The Jacuzzi is operated by a button on the wall of the villa and should be immediately switched off after use. Use of the pool should be cautious and it is entirely under the responsibility of the guests
Smoking
The established smoking areas are the yard and the terrace. Smoking inside the residence’s enclosed spaces is strictly prohibited. If traces of smoking are detected, the security deposit shall be forfeited in full and shall not be refunded
Waste
Waste is disposed in the garbage bin, which is located in the direction of the beach, on the right side of the main road which follows the beach line
